Core Responsibilities
- Support the execution of detailed OESP marketing activation plans for designated LEGO® product lines that connect with adult LEGO® fans.
- Build knowledge of various marketing channels to support strategies developed by senior team members.
- Conduct market research and capture consumer insights to advise marketing initiatives across diverse cultures and regions, and provide findings to the overarching vision for the adult audience.
- Assist team members in partnership with the Product Marketing Development (PMD) team to ensure that go-to-market strategies comprehensively reflect upstream franchise strategies and initiatives, and ladder up to audience plans.
- Help coordinate with different Business Units to ensure the scalability and adaptability of campaigns to various global markets.
- Support strategic marketing goals by encouraging the adult LEGO® community and finding ways to improve go-to-market plans with data.
- Support team members on future year franchise selling in and the creation of a unified selling in story line across the globe.
- Collaborate with seasoned marketing experts like the Adults & Family Go to Market Senior Managers and Adults & Family Go to Market Director.

In the role of Adults & Family Go to Market Coordinator, you are a pivotal contributor to the dynamic team expanding LEGO® brand reach among adult consumers. Your capacity to assist in delivering complex marketing plans and provide insightful analysis is key to increasing brand awareness and loyalty within this fast-growing segment.
Do you have what it takes?
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or comparable subject area.
- Relevant experience and/or education in marketing, with exposure to campaign management and strategy execution.
- Basic understanding of integrated marketing principles and their application toa global adult audience.
- Analytical competencies with knowledge of using market research for strategic insights.
- Effective communication and partnership abilities, capable of supporting large-scale initiatives.
- Appreciation for cultural subtleties with the agility to assist in creating regionally nuanced campaigns.
- A proactive approach to tasks with an eagerness to learn and contribute within a fast-paced environment.
Hybrid working model
This position will be based at 1001 Boylston St. in Boston, MA. Our workplace enables our LEGO® colleagues to be and do their best at work. Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $66,019.00 - $99,029.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
