Job Title:
Intermediate Application Developer

The Application Developer provides technical expertise for the development, integration, and support of enterprise applications within Application Services. Reporting to the CRM Integration Platform Manager, this role implements software solutions using scalable, secure, and maintainable engineering practices aligned with established architectural standards and development governance.
Application Services designs, builds, integrates, and sustains long-lived enterprise applications supporting core institutional operations. The Application Developer contributes to the development and enhancement of enterprise web, API, mobile, and cloud-enabled applications while applying disciplined software development lifecycle practices and engineering quality standards.
This role serves as a developing technical contributor within the development team, executing implementation efforts, participating in technical design discussions, and applying established engineering practices with growing independence across development initiatives.
The Application Developer supports the long-term sustainability of enterprise applications by writing maintainable code, contributing to reliable system behavior, and applying disciplined engineering practices across development work.

Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2 years of experience in enterprise application development.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and supporting software solutions.
  • Experience working with modern software development lifecycle practices.
  • Experience writing maintainable and scalable application code.
  • Experience with source control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
  • Experience integrating with applications using REST APIs, event-driven architectures, or middleware platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate software delivery while applying critical thinking and engineering best practices.

Additional Information:
