UF Information Technology (UFIT) is hiring an Intermediate-Level ERP Workday Analyst to provide functional support and system administration for the University’s ERP and related systems within the Applications, Development and Integrations unit. The role involves acting as a subject matter expert for Workday security, resolving issues, participating in change management, and collaborating with business stakeholders to improve processes and system functionality.

Serve as functional administrator and subject matter expert for Workday security application.
Provide application support and troubleshoot issues in a 24/7 environment, collaborating with technical teams as needed.
Participate in software development lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation, focusing on functional impacts and user experience.
Analyze and improve business workflows to optimize operational efficiency.
Assess impact of system upgrades and configuration changes for compliance and continuity.
Create and maintain documentation including requirements, process flows, and system configurations.
Develop and execute test plans to ensure quality assurance and alignment with policies.
Collaborate effectively across technical staff, business users, and leadership to deliver solutions.
Required qualifications: Associate's degree with 2 years relevant experience or high school diploma with 4 years relevant experience; vocational or technical training may substitute experience equivalently.
Preferred skills include hands-on experience with Workday security, ERP navigation, workflow management, business analysis, and knowledge of change management practices.
Compensation range: $80,000 – $90,000, commensurate with education and experience.
