Intervention Teacher Full Description

Catapult Learning is hiring an Intervention Teacher to provide ESE Math and Reading Intervention services to grades 6-12 in Palm Beach County, FL, for the 2026-2027 school year. This part-time position meets 3-4 days per week (15 hours total) at a pay rate of $30/hour, working with Autistic/ESE students.

Responsibilities:

Instruct Reading/ELA and Math to small groups of students in multiple grade levels in a face-to-face school setting with a focus on intervention
Deliver designated instructional models in readiness, reading, mathematics, and writing skills using company-designed materials and educational strategies
Utilize company-provided curriculum to develop and maintain individualized skill-appropriate lesson plans
Ensure supervision of students at all times, including escorting students safely to and from classrooms/learning stations
Perform timely data entry for attendance, online pre/post testing, progress reports, and compliance documentation
Schedule and attend parent meetings/conferences
Maintain consistent communication with company supervisors, classroom teachers, principals, and parents

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher required
Valid and current FL Teaching Certificate/Statement of Eligibility; must be certified in English 6-12, ESE K-12, or Reading K-12
Classroom teaching, internship, and/or tutoring experience
Willingness and ability to teach both Math and Reading/ELA to various grade levels
