Intervention Teacher - Reading and Math Small Group Instruction Full Description

Position Summary
Catapult Learning is seeking an Intervention Teacher to provide reading and math small group instruction to K-8 students in Missouri, with both full-time and part-time hours available. This role delivers individualized, small-group instruction in ELA and mathematics using Catapult Learning's proven curriculum.
Responsibilities
  • Diagnose learning skill deficits and deliver prescribed instructional delivery methods as determined by the Company
  • Consult with school personnel to coordinate efforts in providing services to students
  • Communicate and conference with parents, providing information on student progress
  • Attend training sessions and deliver designated instructional models and strategies in reading, mathematics, and writing skills using Company-designed materials
  • Develop and maintain individualized, skill-appropriate lesson plans
  • Ensure supervision of students, including escorting students safely to and from sessions
  • Maintain student forms and files as required by the Company, local, state, and federal agencies
Qualifications
  • Valid Missouri teaching license as required by contract
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • Ability to navigate online platforms for record keeping and communication
