Highlights

Manage and support core campus wired and wireless network infrastructure including VPN and IP Address Management (IPAM).
Plan and oversee network installation projects, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
Provide technical consultation on DNS/DHCP services and connectivity solutions to campus partners.
Configure, test, and deploy network hardware such as switches, routers, and wireless access points per architectural standards.
Administer subnetting, IP addressing, and VLAN assignments in the network management system.
Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call support shift for critical network issues and perform scheduled maintenance outside regular hours.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex connectivity issues and escalate broad-impact outages as needed.
Require knowledge of networking principles (OSI model, TCP/IP, routing protocols, VLANs), enterprise ticketing systems (preferably ServiceNow), and experience with network monitoring software.
Preferred qualifications include Cisco DNA experience, vulnerability risk assessments, CCNA certification or equivalent university network infrastructure experience, and project management skills.
Position requires a bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), valid driver’s license, strong communication, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
