Job Summary
The David Eccles School of Business is seeking a collaborative, detail-oriented Salesforce Developer/Administrator to support Graduate Programs and Executive Education within the school’s central Salesforce environment. This role will work closely with the Salesforce Team Lead and Lead Developer to deliver technical solutions, maintain and enhance existing functionality, and support the continued evolution of the school’s Salesforce platform.

The successful candidate will build upon established Salesforce architecture, data models, integrations, and development patterns rather than develop solutions in isolation. Working under the direction of the Team Lead and Lead Developer, this individual will collaborate with technical colleagues and business stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable, maintainable solutions that align with existing standards and long-term platform goals.

Documentation, data analysis, and collaboration are essential to success in this role. The position requires someone who can understand complex business processes and data relationships, evaluate existing functionality, identify opportunities for improvement, and clearly document technical designs, system behavior, data flows, and implementation decisions. The individual should be comfortable working across configuration, Apex development, integrations, and reporting to address business needs while preserving the integrity and sustainability of the existing Salesforce environment.
