  • Log and categorize incidents in ServiceNow; contribute to knowledge base and documentation.

  • Participate in special projects like equipment refreshes, network upgrades, and audits.

  • Undergraduate students in computer science or related programs are required.

  • Preferred skills include experience with classroom technology, Windows/macOS troubleshooting, basic networking, and familiarity with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems.

  • Compensation range: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour.

  • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and maintain reliability and punctuality during flexible 10-20 hours per week, Monday through Friday schedules.
