Position Overview 
Primary Purpose of Position 
The primary purpose of this position is to provide overall leadership for the CAES IT team and serve as the system administrator and lead contact for technology support in CAES. This position establishes and directs all IT functions in the CAES and works collaboratively with Central Office IT to ensure that technology is acquired and administered properly as well as provides information technology support and consultation to all departments within CAES.

Primary Function of Organizational Unit
N.C. A&T is a public, land-grant, doctoral research institution and has been the largest historically Black university in the country for the past decade. Minimum Requirements 
Bachelor’s degree and one year of experience in the information technology field related to the area of assignment; or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline; or an equivalent combination of training and experience

Experience with Windows and MAC operating systems, iOS, Android Systems, Windows servers, DFS servers, networking systems, Active Directoriy, Scirpting, and system Center Operations manager
