Professionals in data analytics are responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to provide insights and support decision-making within organizations. They utilize their expertise in statistical analysis, data mining, and visualization techniques to uncover patterns, trends, and correlations in data and extract actionable insights. Typical responsibilities include collecting and cleaning data from various sources, conducting descriptive and exploratory data analysis to understand data distributions and relationships, and applying statistical methods and machine learning algorithms to analyze data and generate insights. Data analytics roles also involve developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders and facilitate data-driven decision-making. Additionally, professionals may be involved in designing and implementing data collection strategies, defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track and measure business performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate data analytics into business processes and applications. Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.
