As a Senior Analyst, Research & Insights, you will develop customer insights that drive business decisions and strategy. You will manage individual ad hoc research projects from initial planning through to execution and reporting. As a subject matter expert, you will be relied on to deliver research results to internal stakeholders in a clear, compelling, and easy to understand manner. 

Primary/Key Responsibilities
  • Attend intake meetings with internal stakeholders to understand stakeholder business objectives and research questions
  • Takes initiative to develop research briefs that outline research objectives and methodology and align with internal stakeholders on content of research brief
  • Develop online questionnaires for quant research or discussion guides for qual research
  • Pull, clean, and organize distribution lists for online surveys, leveraging Jira requests and/or distribution list dashboard
  • Collaborate with programming team on programming of online surveys in Qualtrics
  • Analyze results of online surveys using Qualtrics, Excel, or R
  • Manage execution of qualitative research, including scheduling
  • Engage in NLP and sentiment analysis to enhance insights from survey work
  • Develop reports of research results (in Google slides or Powerpoint), incorporating clear storylines and compelling visualizations, with minimal supervision
  • Present findings of research to stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications
  • BA or BS in Marketing, Business, Economics, Psychology, or related areas
  • 3 years experience working in market research or data analysis
  • Experience with Qualtrics, survey design, sample plan development, management of survey fielding process, data visualization/presentation development, ability to present in front of internal stakeholders

For full-time positions, Kaplan has three Salary Grades. This position is Salary Grade A: $31,200-$78,647. The specific compensation offered will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, education, skills, and market data.
