We’re looking for a curious, tech-savvy Instructional Designer who thrives on turning complex systems into clear, engaging learning experiences. In this role, you’ll design and develop impactful training for our internal company systems—creating both self-paced eLearning modules and live, instructor-led courses that help teams work smarter and more efficiently.
 
You’ll collaborate closely with operational leaders to understand end-to-end processes that span multiple departments, then translate that knowledge into intuitive, learner-centered training. This role is ideal for a quick learner who enjoys problem-solving, learning new technologies, and working in a highly collaborative, innovative environment.
 
The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in instructional design, course facilitation, and developing content using tools like Adobe Captivate or similar eLearning software. POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for designing and developing live and eLearning system courses to support the organization to include maintaining customer relationships, writing content, facilitation, development, and overseeing deployment of courses.
Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards.  

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and three (3) years of technical e-Learning experience in training and development, multi-media design, and delivery in a corporate environment.
  • Experience using a recognized instructional design method and in all phases of the design, development, implementation, facilitation, measurement, evaluation, and delivery of technical and non-technical programs using appropriate adult learning theories. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree in design, e-Learning Technologies, Training & Development, Business Management, Education, Communication, or related field.
  • Three (3) years of facilitating live training.
  • Knowledge of live online technologies and course development for live online delivery.
  • Expert in Adobe development tools, to include Captivate and other multimedia development tools.
  • Additional related education and/or experience.
