Lead Specialist, Product Management Full Description

Role Title: Lead Specialist, Product Management

Location: India (Hybrid)

Note: The candidate should be based in Noida, Bangalore or Chennai and be willing to travel to the office whenever required.

Job Summary:

The Lead Specialist, Product Management will shape the commercial vision for English Language Learning solutions for the K12 market in India. You will bring a keen understanding of the market landscape and customer needs and will focus on identifying opportunities and delivering long-term value. You will work closely with a Content Lead Specialist, being jointly responsible for the overall plan for the India Roadmap, where you bring the commercial strategy, and the Content Lead Specialist brings the pedagogical vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of commercial strategy and product vision for new and evolving solutions for India across K12

  • Translate market insights into clear product value propositions

  • Build sound business cases, ensuring alignment across Content, Sales, Marketing and Finance functions

  • Define and validate prototypes and scope & sequence

  • Set clear milestones for delivery teams, ensuring we deliver product for promotion and classroom use on time

  • Ensure alignment across stakeholders so that project teams have a shared understanding of requirements and goals

  • Provide ongoing commercial guidance during development, ensuring clear prioritization for delivery teams and escalation where required

  • Drive continuous improvement by feeding insights and performance learnings into future product development

About You

  • You bring strong experience in English Language Learning (ELL), with deep understanding of K12 market needs in the region

  • You are comfortable operating at a strategic level, turning insights into clear product solutions

  • You have experience working across cross-functional teams

  • You are able to balance innovation with scalability, ensuring ideas can be effectively delivered

  • You communicate clearly and create alignment, ensuring teams understand the product vision and market positioning, as well as remain informed of timelines and go-to-market plans

  • You are driven by improving learning experiences and shaping products that make a real impact
