Lead Specialist, Product Management Full Description

Role: Advanced Specialist, Product Management

Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are looking for 2 full-time Product Management to join our growing team developing a cutting-edge, AI-powered platform to improve English communication in the workplace. Each role will focus on a different area of the learner and customer journey and will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, AI researchers, and product leadership.

About the Roles

Each Product Management will own a dedicated part of the product portfolio:

  • Owns data modeling, admin/learner dashboards, and visualisation of learner progress and ROI.

  • Leads AI-driven feedback, diagnostics, and learner modelling. Suited to a platform- and data-oriented PO who thrives on algorithmic products and infrastructure logic.

Each PO role comes with strong ownership and the opportunity to shape the product from design through delivery.

What You'll Do

  • Translate vision and user needs into clear, actionable product requirements

  • Own and refine the product backlog; define epics and user stories

  • Work closely with tech leads and designers to plan and deliver features

  • Define success metrics, prioritise delivery, and communicate progress

  • Collaborate across AI, UX, learning design, and commercial teams

  • Ensure consistency, scalability, and measurable learner outcomes

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years' experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager delivering tech products

  • Strong decision-making skills and ownership mindset

  • Confident working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment

  • Clear, professional communication in English

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities
