Provides expertise in analyzing technical learning needs for an activity or function, then designs and delivers training solutions. Responsible for planning and/or executing departmental operations or focused on performing professional activities within a technical discipline. Functions have a degree of autonomy but are guided by established policies or the analysis of final results.
This position is authorized to modify procedures and practices related to tasks as long as the final results meet acceptability standards (quality, volume, adherence to deadlines, etc.).

Roles and responsibilities
- Provides expertise in analyzing learning needs and designs training solutions for a company or function. Focused on essential technical training for a particular company or function, it does not include leadership development, which falls under human resources. It includes trainers and coordinators whose primary task is to deliver training content or make the necessary logistical arrangements for training programs.
- It is based on in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline, an analytical mind and technical experience to implement a policy/strategy.
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of best practices and how their own field integrates with others. Has practical knowledge of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.
- Demonstrates sound judgment and is able to propose alternative solutions outside of defined parameters to address more complex manufacturing processes involving a variety of interdependent technical aspects and/or production cycles. Relies on technical expertise and analytical skills. Utilizes limited internal and external resources beyond their own teams to support decision-making.
- Acts as a resource for less experienced colleagues. Can lead small projects with low risk and resource requirements. Explains information clearly. Develops skills to guide team members toward consensus on domain-related issues. Communicates performance expectations and can handle sensitive problems.
Basic qualifications
- • For roles outside the United States – This role requires significant experience with the function and the digital audio workstation. Knowledge equivalent to a bachelor's degree from an accredited university (or a bachelor's degree with experience in a relevant field). • For roles in the United States – Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (or high school diploma and/or general education diploma with at least 4 years of experience in the function).

For candidates applying to a US based position, the pay range for this position is between $86,700.00 and $144,300.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
