Highlights

Serve as a frontline annual giving fundraiser with an emphasis on digital fundraising.
Develop strategic fundraising roadmaps and set annual and long-term goals in collaboration with the Executive Director and university schools/units.
Maintain and manage a personal portfolio to identify, cultivate, and solicit annual fund gifts.
Act as staff liaison for Young Alumni Leadership Council (YALC), Alumni Committee on Racial and Ethnic Diversity (ACRED), and GiveUNC Volunteers.
Allocate 50% of fundraising efforts to the Chancellor's Global Education Fund and 50% to The Carolina Fund, Scholarships, and other initiatives.
Require a bachelor's or master's degree with 0-2 years of experience, or equivalent education and experience combination.
Must demonstrate strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, ability to build trust, and collaborate effectively.
Preferred candidates will have successful annual giving experience and familiarity with university structures and resources.
Full-time permanent position reporting to the Executive Director of Annual Giving within the University Development Office.
Compensation is based on qualifications, experience, internal equity, and budget constraints.
