  • Act as staff liaison for Young Alumni Leadership Council (YALC), Alumni Committee on Racial and Ethnic Diversity (ACRED), and GiveUNC Volunteers.
  • Allocate 50% of fundraising efforts to the Chancellor's Global Education Fund and 50% to The Carolina Fund, Scholarships, and other initiatives.
  • Require a bachelor's or master's degree with 0-2 years of experience, or equivalent education and experience combination.
  • Must demonstrate strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, ability to build trust, and collaborate effectively.
  • Preferred candidates will have successful annual giving experience and familiarity with university structures and resources.
  • Full-time permanent position reporting to the Executive Director of Annual Giving within the University Development Office.
  • Compensation is based on qualifications, experience, internal equity, and budget constraints.
