Proficient in instructional design, adult learning facilitation (in-person and virtual), program/project management, and data-driven program improvement.
Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, deep understanding of leadership concepts, and experience in leadership/manager development programs and coaching on assessments.
Preferred qualifications include experience managing others, DiSC and/or CliftonStrengths certification, and coaching certification.
Salary range: $70,740 - $75,008 annually; full-time, permanent position.
