Description

Salary Range: $68,000 - $75,000

Location: Bethesda, MD - Can be hybrid or remote.

Summary of Responsibilities:

The Learning & Development Coordinator provides administrative and coordination support for GRF’s learning and development programs. This role maintains the firm’s LMS, coordinates training logistics, tracks CPE compliance, prepares reports, and supports the Director of Learning and Development with scheduling, documentation, communications, and program follow-up. The coordinator supports learning programs including full-day in-person programs, virtual seminars, workshops, and online learning sessions.

Essential Functions:

  • Administer and maintain the LMS (Learning Management System); current LMS is LCvista.
  • Set up and maintain LMS user profiles, curricula, requirements, internal programs, evaluations, and records needed to support NASBA compliance and accredited program documentation. Issue CPE certificates earned for internal NASBA CPE accredited programs.
  • Track in-firm CPE compliance, prepare routine reports, coordinate review of external CPE requests, and follow up on incomplete requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential learning, compliance, and employee training records.
  • Coordinate internal, external, virtual, and in-person training logistics, including calendars, schedules, materials, invitations, registration, trainer scheduling, attendance, evaluations, participant communications, and post-session follow-up.
  • Support onboarding and department-specific learning programs by organizing materials, maintaining records, gathering training information from department leaders and stakeholders, and assisting with program setup and follow-up. Lead L&D overview to new hires
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for the Annual Leadership Retreat and other learning events, including planning documents, schedules, materials, communications, and post-event follow-up.
  • Respond to routine learning and LMS inquiries and escalate issues to the Director of Learning and Development as appropriate.
  • Coordinates with stakeholders to gather program information, organize materials, and support the delivery of learning content.
  • Exemplifies GRF culture and philosophies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required; business, human resources, education, or accounting preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, Excel, LMS tools, data entry, and basic reporting preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines, schedules, and administrative tasks.
  • Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, organizational, customer service, and time management skills.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Preferred, but not required:

  • At least 2–3 years of experience supporting learning and development, training coordination, human resources, or related administrative functions.
  • Experience using an LMS, tracking training participation, maintaining records, and preparing reports preferred.
  • Experience supporting CPE, compliance tracking, or professional services training preferred.
