Join us at The Oregon Clinic as a full-time Learning and Development Coordinator (Hybrid/Remote). Must live in Portland or SW Washington. Work alongside a collaborative team of patient-focused colleagues in our thriving Central Administration office.

Using excellent customer service and communications skills, your primary duties in this role include:
  • Supports the goal to equip employees and providers with confidence to deliver exceptional patient experiences and provide opportunities for growth.
  • Responsible for all aspects of the training life cycle.
  • Builds cross-functional relationships to help create relevant, engaging e-learning and instructor-led content.
  • Manages projects in support of our new and ongoing learning initiatives.
  • Oversees the learning management system (LMS).
  • Other duties as assigned.

Salary: Hiring range, based on experience and credentials: $31.03-$41.99 per hour.

Workdays: This role is located at the Central Administration Office. Remote/Hybrid work options are available after training completion and expectations are met. Must live in Portland or SW Washington. Typical hours are Monday-Friday.

Qualifications that support success in this role are based on education, experience and values including:
  • Minimum of two (2) years working in the adult education field is required. Experience in healthcare is a plus!
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business, or other relevant field is required.
  • Experience with learning management system (LMS) is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in developing training is preferred. 
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, follow-through, communication, and presentation abilities. Experience in event coordination and project management is a great plus!
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate, work independently, and effectively multitask.
  • Excellent attendance and work ethic.
  • Positive attitude, friendly, personable, and desire to be a team player. 
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with patients, physicians, and other team members.
  • A commitment to patient-focused care, privacy, and safety.
