Position Summary:
The Learning & Development (L&D) Generalist supports the execution of learning, training, and knowledge management initiatives by leveraging strong technical, analytical, and organizational skills. This role partners with L&D, HR, IT, and business stakeholders to manage learning platforms, analyze data, create reports and presentations, and support multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
This position is HYBRID in Irving, TX - please only apply if you live in the Irving/Dallas, TX area.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Learning Systems & Platform Support:
- Administer and support the LMS and related platforms, including UKG Learning and SharePoint.
- Upload, maintain, and manage learning content with strong attention to version control, accuracy, and accessibility.
- Troubleshoot LMS issues, course completion errors, and user access problems in partnership with IT and vendors.
Data, Reporting & Analytics:
- Run recurring and ad-hoc reports from LMS, UKG, and other HR or learning systems.
- Analyze learning and compliance data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop scorecards, and data summaries using advanced Excel skills.
- Translate data insights into clear recommendations for leaders and stakeholders.
Presentation & Project Support:
- Develop professional PowerPoint presentations for leadership updates and learning initiatives.
- Support multiple L&D and HR-related projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing deadlines.
- Partner with SMEs, HR, IT, and Communications to support learning initiatives and system enhancements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- 2–4 years of experience supporting learning systems, HR systems, or operational reporting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced) and PowerPoint.
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms; UKG experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience:
- UKG reporting or other data platform experience.
- Experience supporting compliance or learning tracking.
- Background in knowledge management or content governance.
