Learning and Development Program Lead

Job Description
The Leadership Development Program Lead is responsible for managing and coordinating frontline manager development programs for T&M, with primary ownership of the LEAD program. This role supports leadership development capability building through program management, implementation, and facilitation, while also partnering closely with the Talent Management Lead to support facilitation of the Let’s Lead program in North America.
The role works closely with HR Business Partners, business leaders, the Talent Management Lead, and Enterprise HR to ensure frontline manager development programs are delivered effectively, aligned to business needs, and executed with consistency and quality. This position requires strong program management, facilitation, stakeholder coordination, and execution skills.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Program Management
• Manage the design, coordination, implementation, and continuous improvement of the L&D development programs for T&M.
• Oversee program logistics, timelines, materials, communications, and stakeholder alignment to ensure successful delivery.
• Maintain a strong understanding of business and manager development needs to support relevant, practical program execution.
• Monitor program participation, feedback, and effectiveness, and recommend enhancements to strengthen program impact.
Leadership Development Program Coordination & Facilitation
• Lead day-to-day coordination of leadership development programs aligned to manager capability building.
• Translate program goals into clear implementation plans, schedules, deliverables, and support materials.
• Manage multiple program activities simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and execution quality.
• Facilitate components of the L&D programs and related learning experiences as needed.
• Support the Talent Management Lead in North America.
• Partner with key stakeholders to prepare facilitators, participants, materials, and follow-up activities tied to program delivery.
• Identify and resolve operational issues that may affect successful execution.
• Ensure program materials, session plans, and facilitation resources are prepared and delivered on time.
• Support measurement, reporting, and continuous improvement of leadership development programs.
Stakeholder Partnership
• Partner with HR Business Partners, business leaders, Enterprise HR, and the Talent Management Lead to support leadership development priorities.
• Coordinate closely with the Talent Management Lead to align LEAD and Let’s Lead efforts with broader talent and business priorities.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to support program engagement, communication, and adoption.
• Serve as a point of coordination for frontline manager program delivery across North America.
Change Management and Adoption
• Support adoption of frontline manager development programs through communication, readiness, and participant engagement efforts.
• Reinforce leadership expectations and learning application through strong coordination and follow-through.
• Help leaders and participants navigate program requirements, expectations, and next steps.
• Contribute to a strong culture of manager development through consistent execution and support.
For This Role, You Will Need:
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Education, Psychology, or a related field required.
• Advanced degree preferred.
Experience
• 5+ years of experience in leadership development, learning and development, talent development, HR, or related disciplines.
• Experience managing or coordinating leadership development or manager development programs.
• Experience facilitating workshops, learning labs, or leadership programs.
• Experience supporting cross-functional program implementation in a matrixed organization.
• Experience partnering with HR and business stakeholders to deliver development solutions.
