The salary for this role is $85,000 - $90,000 annually based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with all department heads to build and maintain all onboarding training
Work with all department heads to build and maintain all onboarding training
Work with HR to maintain all HR trainings
Oversee/manage the training portal (either Trainual or Thinkific)
Assist coaching department as needed in ensuring their trainings are built in the best way possible for clients to consume/retain information

Requirements

5+ years experience building/running adult training at a company with at least 50 people and $15M in revenue
Experience in building out career pathing
Experience building employee onboarding programs
Experience running new hire training
Experience in a start up or fast growing company
Adult Education training/background strongly preferred
Local to Philadelphia and able to work in office at least once per week is preferred
