The Learning and Organizational Development - Intermediate team member will be involved in delivering a range of training needs while making decisions within standard guidelines and policies and with oversight from other team members. The key to success in this role is the ability to manage and organize the work while consistently delivering quality results.
Equifax has a hybrid work schedule that allows for 2 days of remote work (Monday and Friday), with 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) every week.
The preferred location for this role is our Alpharetta, Georgia (JVW) office location. We are also open to the midtown ATL (OAC) office location as a secondary option.
This position does not offer immigration sponsorship (current or future) including F-1 STEM OPT extension support.
This is a direct-hire role and is not open to C2C or vendors.
What you’ll do -
- Analyze and support training initiatives across the BU/COE, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Design and develop engaging, creative, and innovative training materials with suitable delivery methods for the target audience, e.g., eLearning, instructor-led training, and blended learning.
- Apply modern approaches to training development and delivery that prioritize building awareness, increasing knowledge and empowering employees to be more effective.
- Deliver and facilitate training.
- Manage and evaluate training programs.
- Gather and analyze information to assess training effectiveness.
What experience you need -
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or another related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Learning and Development including content creation and multi-modal learning creation.
- 2+ years of experience conducting analyses of training needs, consistently demonstrating the ability to shape learning programs to achieve business goals.
- Experience designing and developing impactful instructional content with suitable delivery methods to upskill participants.
- Prior experience supporting interactive training sessions.
- Ability to manage change effectively within an organization to ensure smooth adoption of training outcomes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to design content, deliver training, coaching participants, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Identification and improvement to training design, delivery, and evaluation.
- Exposure to a learning and development tool or the aptitude to learn.
What could set you apart -
- Metrics creation and analysis around training course portfolio and program evaluation metrics.
- Proficiency in instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) or other iterative design processes.
- Experience with Workday Learning Coursera and Skillsoft for course administration, tracking, and reporting.
- Proficiency in tools for designing and developing interactive content, i.e., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia or a comparable tool.
- Advanced skills with the Google Workspace.
