Overview
We are seeking a Learning Consultant to partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to design, implement, and evaluate learning solutions that drive organizational performance. The ideal candidate will combine instructional design expertise with consulting skills to align training programs with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning requirements
  • Recommend appropriate learning strategies (e.g., eLearning, instructor-led, blended learning)
  • Design and develop training materials, curricula, and learning paths
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure learning solutions meet organizational objectives
  • Evaluate program effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on learning best practices
  • Stay current with industry trends, learning technologies, and adult learning principles

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or related field
  • Experience in instructional design and learning program development
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and consulting skills
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning authoring tools
  • Ability to analyze data and measure learning impact

Preferred Skills
  • Experience with change management and organizational development
