    This hybrid role blends strategic learning consulting with hands-on instructional design. You'll partner with key stakeholders to assess learning needs, shape learning strategies, and design experiences that drive meaningful development for the IT Division.

Core Responsibilities
  • Consult with internal and external partners to conduct learning and performance needs assessments and define clear performance outcomes.
  • Apply an understanding of how people learn at work to make informed design decisions that account for learner context, accessibility, and real‑world application.
  • Lead the strategy, design, development, and/or curation of learning experiences using user centered design principles and established accessibility best practices.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders through clear, consistent communication.
  • Recommend and implement learning solutions that align with divisional goals.
  • Manage multiple projects through the full lifecycle using established project management tools and practices.
  • Evaluate learning effectiveness and learning practices, using data and feedback to improve individual solutions and the broader learning approach.
