The Learning & Development (L&D) Consultant is a creative, execution-focused role that supports the Global Risk & Security (GR&S) organization by designing, developing, publishing, and maintaining high-quality learning content and experiences for risk and security professionals. Working closely with the Risk Enablement Learning Lead, subject matter experts, and business partners, you will transform learning strategies and business needs into engaging, practical, and scalable learning solutions.

In this role, you'll help execute the learning strategy, create innovative learning solutions, and help define how thousands of learners develop critical risk and security capabilities. What You'll Do
- Design, develop, publish, and maintain learning content across multiple formats including eLearning, videos, job aids, performance support tools, instructor-led materials, and microlearning experiences.
- Partner with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to translate risk and security concepts into clear, engaging learning experiences.
- Manage the end-to-end content development lifecycle, including design, development, review cycles, publishing, implementation, maintenance, and retirement.
- Ensure learning content remains current, accessible, brand-aligned, and consistent across programs and platforms.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness and learner feedback to continuously improve content quality, usability, and impact.
- Explore and apply emerging learning technologies, AI tools, and modern content development techniques to improve the learning experience.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, training development, or related field.
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant professional experience.
- Required proficiency with Articulate 360 (including Rise and Storyline) and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Strong communication, visual storytelling, and content design skills.
- Experience creating multimedia learning assets including videos, graphics, and interactive content.
- Strong organizational, collaboration, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Comfort independently creating learning materials and job aids.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Microsoft Copilot or other generative AI tools to streamline content development.
- Experience with LearnUpon, Degreed, or comparable learning platforms.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Synthesia, Camtasia, or similar creative tools.
