About the Role
Our client, a leading Big 4 professional services and consulting firm, is seeking a Learning Content Specialist to join their team in a fully remote capacity. This role will support learning and development initiatives across the organization.

In this position, you will help organize, manage, and deliver high-quality learning content that supports employees across the business. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to understand learning needs, identify the right content, and ensure materials are accurate, accessible, and easy to use.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner with internal teams to understand learning needs and support content requests from start to finish
  • Organize and maintain learning materials for company-wide and targeted training programs
  • Find and review learning content from internal and external sources
  • Check learning requests and materials for accuracy and quality
  • Support learning systems and platforms used to deliver training
  • Keep content up to date, organized, and properly tagged
  • Help troubleshoot issues with learning tools by working with technical teams
  • Manage multiple projects at once and provide clear updates on progress
  • Review and edit communications for learners to ensure clarity and professionalism
  • Look for ways to improve processes and make content delivery more efficient

What We’re Looking For

Additional Details
  • This is a fully remote role but all work is required to be done in the Continental United States. You can't take equipment outside of the US. 
  • All candidates must currently reside within the continental United States to be considered. 
  • We can only do W2 Contracts, no 1099 or C2C. 
  • We can't provide any sponsorship. Candidates are required to be legally authorized to work in the United States without a sponsoring employer indefinitely.
