Job Summary: The Training Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of Alorica Egypt's training initiatives. This position is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs for our customer service representatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and performance management.
