This opportunity entails collaborating with subject-matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to create, maintain, and coordinate visually compelling, impactful learning materials for corporate training programs.

This role focuses on leveraging graphic design principles to enhance learner engagement while ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with branding guidelines. It also provides foundational support for design updates, project coordination, and quality assurance of learning assets.

What You'll Do:
  • Designs visually engaging materials, including course visuals, video modules, infographics, presentations, intranet pages, and print assets.
  • Performs updates to existing learning materials and web pages, leveraging design principles, with adherence to branding guidelines.
  • Coordinates the delivery and production of visual assets for learning sessions, ensuring timely completion.
  • Collaborates with SMEs and stakeholders to translate content into clear and effective visual designs.
  • Applies principles of user experience (UX) and accessibility to ensure all designs are inclusive and learner-centered.
  • Supports the team with formatting, basic graphic creation, document preparation, and project coordination.
  • Completes graphic design projects, maintaining deadlines and quality standards.
  • Creates multimedia elements such as animations, videos, and interactive activities to enhance the learning experience.
  • Maintains an organized library of design assets and templates.
  • Researches and implements best practices in visual communication for corporate learning.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field; or
  • In lieu of degree, 4 years of relevant experience.

What You'll Bring:
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), PowerPoint, or Canva.
  • Proficiency in video production tools such as Camtasia and Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles, UX design, and accessibility standards.

What We Prefer:
  • Experience creating eLearning visuals using tools like Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate.
  • Familiarity with coordinating visual elements for virtual and instructor-led training sessions.
  • Experience working within Workday, including supporting or maintaining learning-related content, resources, or user-facing materials.
