As a Learning & Development Advisor within our Talent Center of Excellence, you’ll lead evolution of our learning technology ecosystem while designing high-impact development experiences. You’ll own and continuously improve our LMS and connected platforms – driving roadmap planning, system optimization, governance, automation, reporting, and user experience.

You’ll also explore practical applications of AI and emerging technologies to enhance personalization, efficiency, and measurable impact.
Beyond the technology, you’ll design and deliver scalable learning solutions that strengthen associate capability and support business goals. This includes reimaging our associate onboarding experience, building structured role-based learning pathways, and leading our open-enrollment “All Access Learning” curriculum.

You’ll partner with our COEs, HRBPs, and leaders to assess needs, prioritize initiatives, and implement solutions that are aligned, data-informed, and built to scale.

We’re looking for someone who brings:
  • 6+ years of L&D experience, including hands-on LMS or digital platform ownership
  • Strong learning experience design capability with experience building enterprise learning journeys
  • Proficiency with modern authoring tools and thoughtful use of AI in content development
  • A consulting mindset, with the ability to partner across the business to assess needs and shape scalable solutions
  • Strong execution skills, managing multiple initiatives with clarity, quality, and precision

If you’re energized by modernizing learning systems and creating meaningful development experiences that drive performance, we’d love to connect.
