What You’ll Do as a Learning & Development Delivery Specialist
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
  • Plan, coordinate, and roll-out L&D programmes and initiatives for store colleagues (and regional office colleagues where applicable) - including onboarding, technical knowledge, customer experience, and leadership development.
  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops and other learning events, using a variety of engaging and interactive methods.
  • Where appropriate, support the design and development of learning solutions to meet specific business requirements.
  • Coordinate logistics, communications and other requirements for in-person training sessions and workshops in market.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Support the marketing and management of Primark’s learning management system for colleagues across the market.
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging learning technologies to enhance the delivery and impact of L&D programs.
  • Support the marketing and management of Primark’s learning management system for colleagues across that market.
  • Liaise with P&C operations to ensure that all learning activities are recorded and tracked appropriately.
  • Deputize, as required, for the L&D Delivery Manager.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years’ experience in L&D roles, including leading the design and delivery of a variety of different training initiatives.
  • Good understanding of corporate and retail learning principles and best practices.
  • Impactful communicator, presenter, and facilitator, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Amazing people partner who can collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • Able to manage timely delivery of strategic initiatives in a challenging environment, and able to deal with rapid change, complexity and ambiguity.
  • Experience working in a multi-site environment and/or working with a distributed workforce.
  • Passion for people development.

Please note:
  • This is a hybrid role working on-site in our office 3 days per week, or additional as required.
  • This role requires 30% Travel to our stores.
