  • Develop AI-enabled capability roadmaps, skill strategies, and personalized learning pathways aligned to role needs, career progression, and business objectives.
  • Coordinate global and regional learning efforts, adapting enterprise programs to local market, cultural, and regulatory contexts while maintaining consistency and quality.

Required Qualifications
  • Experience with demonstrated application in learning and development, talent, or organizational capability roles.
  • Experience working with learning platforms, digital and AI-enabled learning technologies, and analytics tools, applying them to design, deliver, and measure learning impact.
  • Strong consultative, influencing, change leadership and project management skills, with the ability to work across complex stakeholder groups to drive adoption and alignment.
  • Demonstrated business acumen, with the ability to connect capability development to talent outcomes, business performance, and enterprise priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in learning, talent, organizational development, or related workforce capability roles, ideally in large, complex organizations.
  • Experience with AIenabled learning solutions or skillsbased approaches, using data and insights to inform decisions and personalize development.
  • Proven ability to operate in global or matrixed environments, balancing enterprise consistency with local relevance.
  • Track record of delivering scalable capability solutions that demonstrate clear impact on performance, engagement, or business results.
  • Bachelor's Degree
