As a central connector between HR, IT, Communications, and business leaders, you’ll drive initiatives that modernize our learning systems, improve internal processes, and deliver programs that align with VHB’s culture and strategy.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and manage projects that design, implement, and enhance L&D solutions
  • Drive collaboration across HR, IT, Communications, and business partners to ensure alignment and success

What You’ll Bring
  • 5+ years of project management experience (L&D or HR project experience strongly preferred)
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Training & Development, Human Resources, or related field
  • Proven success leading cross-functional projects from concept through completion
  • Strong planning, organization, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and risk management skills
  • PMP or CAPM certification preferred
