Role Summary
The Learning & Development Project Manager is responsible for designing, building, and executing an organization-wide learning strategy while serving as a project manager for cross-functional initiatives across the enterprise.This manager-level individual contributor role will establish scalable learning frameworks, drive adoption of key technologies and processes, and implement structured project governance practices that support operational excellence across all business divisions and locations.This role has enterprise-wide impact and influence.Key ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Learning Strategy & Program LeadershipDevelop and implement a comprehensive, organization-wide Learning & Development strategy aligned with business priorities and long-term workforce capability needs.Conduct enterprise-level learning needs assessments across business divisions.
Design scalable learning architecture, competency frameworks, and structured development pathways.Build foundational learning systems and governance models to ensure consistency and sustainability.Oversee execution of learning programs across departments, ensuring alignment, quality, and adoption.Establish KPIs and measure learning impact at an organizational level.
Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, stakeholder feedback, and performance outcomes.
Enterprise Project Management & EnablementLead cross-functional, organization-wide projects related to technology implementation, operational improvement, and process enablement.Manage full project lifecycles from scoping through launch and adoption.Establish standardized project management practices and governance frameworks across teams.Coordinate stakeholders across multiple divisions.Identify enterprise-level risks and drive resolution.Lead structured change management efforts to ensure sustainable adoption.
Qualifications
Required Experience & Expertise5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Project Management, or Program Management within a complex, multi-division or multi-location environment.Demonstrated experience building or transforming learning programs at scale.Experience managing enterprise-level initiatives with cross-functional impact.Proven ability to influence stakeholders across departments without direct authority.Experience developing governance models, standardized processes, and repeatable frameworks.Strong project management includes planning, execution, risk management, and reporting.Ability to define enterprise-level KPIs and measure organizational impact.Strong executive communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
