- Design and develop engaging learning experiences, including eLearning, videos, job aids, blended learning, and other performance support tools.
- Improve existing learning programs and onboarding resources to help employees build skills and apply learning on the job.
- Build strong relationships with leaders and employees to ensure learning reflects real-world business and operational needs.
- Support instructor-led and virtual learning while growing your facilitation skills to eventually deliver key employee and leadership development programs.
- Use feedback, assessments, and available performance information to evaluate what's working and identify opportunities to improve learning.
- Use learning technology, SharePoint, LMS tools, and AI to make learning more accessible, effective, and efficient.

- Experience designing or developing learning solutions that improve employee performance.
- Experience creating digital learning such as eLearning, video, job aids, or other performance support tools.
- Ability to work with leaders and subject matter experts to understand a need and turn it into an effective learning solution.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
- Comfortable learning and using technology, with an interest in growing your facilitation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Even better if you have: Experience with an LMS, SharePoint, eLearning authoring tools, AI-enabled learning tools, or instructor-led facilitation. Experience in transportation, logistics, manufacturing, or another operational environment is also a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $65,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience, education, certifications, and geographic location. Employees may also be eligible for performance-based compensation programs where applicable.
