Learning & Development Specialist

Salary Range:
$75,000.00 To $95,000.00 Annually

We’re looking for a dynamic, tech-savvy Learning & Development Specialist to join our team and help our attorneys and professional staff make the most of the firm’s technology resources. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves teaching others, developing engaging training materials, and making a real impact on day-to-day efficiency across the firm.

What You’ll Do:
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our training programs—designing and delivering in-person classes, one-on-one sessions, and on-demand learning content. You’ll play a key role in new hire onboarding, support software rollouts, and collaborate closely with our Information Services and Technology Innovation teams to ensure smooth adoption of new tools. You’ll also keep the firm up to speed with training tips, checklists, and regular “lunch and learn” sessions.

 Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Delivering classroom and one-on-one software training to attorneys and staff
  • Developing quick reference guides, training videos, and user-friendly manuals
  • Coordinating ongoing training for new software rollouts and system updates
  • Tracking attendance, collecting feedback, and refining training methods
  • Leading special projects that promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation
