Job Description:
Position Summary:
This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning initiatives that drive employee growth, support business goals, and foster a culture of continuous development. You’ll also manage learning projects from idea to execution, ensuring every program rolls out smoothly, on time, and with measurable impact. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify learning needs and deliver engaging, impactful programs for employees at all levels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Conduct needs assessments and collaborates with leaders to identify skill gaps and learning priorities.
  • Design, develop, and facilitate interactive learning experiences—virtual, in-person, and blended—tailored to frontline, supervisory, and management-level roles.
  • Deliver effective onboarding, brand specific training, and leadership development programs that reflect our hospitality values and guest-centric culture.
  • Develop clear, concise training materials and resources that reinforce learning objectives and support long-term application on the job.
  • Support the administration of the learning management system (LMS), including course creation, enrollment, and tracking.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance data; use insights to continuously improve programs.
  • Track project milestones and ensure deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and business goals.
  • Monitor and report on project outcomes, adjusting as needed to optimize impact.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to create and update technical and compliance training.
  • Stay current on trends in learning and development, bringing innovative ideas to elevate employee experience.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers on leadership development and performance management best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:​
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 3–5 years experience in learning and development, training facilitation, or instructional design.
  • Expertise in content authoring tools (Articulate Rise, Storyline, Adobe Creative Cloud, Vyond, etc..) and Learning Management Systems​ (LMS)
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with experience both in-person and virtual.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • A passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest trends in L&D.​
  • Partners collaboratively and demonstrates a consultative approach.​
  • Remain accountable for high personal and professional standards of conduct.
  • Use sound judgement and has strong decision-making skills
  • Hospitality experience preferred.
