What is the job?
As our Learning & Development Specialist, you’ll bring learning to life through powerful facilitation. From leading live workshops and webinars to creating interactive sessions that energize the room, you’ll help employees grow their skills and confidence in meaningful ways.

You’ll partner with teams across the business to identify learning needs, design engaging programs, and deliver sessions that truly connect. Whether it’s in person or virtual, your ability to guide, inspire, and adapt on the spot will make every learning experience impactful.

What will you be doing? 
  • You will conduct learning needs analyses and partner with stakeholders to define priorities and opportunities for growth.
  • You’ll design, develop, and maintain engaging learning content across live, blended, and digital formats, ensuring relevance and practical application.
  • You’ll deliver workshops, onboarding sessions, and peer coaching, bringing training to life for employees at all levels.
  • You will gather feedback and use learner data to refine programs, making every session better than the last.
  • You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure learning solutions are effective, innovative, and aligned with business goals.

About you 
  • You have 1–2 years (or equivalent) experience in training, onboarding, peer coaching, or content development.
  • You’re comfortable using eLearning and authoring tools (PowerPoint, LMS, video editing, Articulate, Camtasia, etc.) to create engaging content.
  • You’re a strong communicator with sharp writing, scripting, and visual storytelling skills.
  • You’ve worked in fast-paced customer service, retail, hospitality, or operations environments and understand the realities of front-line teams.
  • You’re dependable, adaptable, and proactive—you take ownership, meet deadlines, and thrive under pressure.
