You will be trusted to:- Work closely with department managers to understand unique business performance gaps and learning needs. Lead collaborative efforts to develop ad hoc training solutions.
- Ensure learning and development programs are engaging and relevant to employees in various work environments.
- Manage a wide variety of day-to-day learning and development activities.
- Utilize learning management systems to administer training.
- Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure maximum effectiveness.

You qualify with:- Six or more years of experience in companywide and/or operational training and development programs or other relevant experience. A degree(s) in human resource management, business administration, or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.
- Driver’s licenseYou are a great fit with:- Previous experience working in a technical industry and/or developing technical training
- Experience in designing, developing, and delivering learning and development programs
- Skill in establishing credibility, trust, and partnership at all levels of the organization
- Advanced skill in effectively partnering with leaders to design ad hoc/custom learning and development solutions
- Advanced communication skills, including verbal and written to all levels of an organization
- Skill in using learning management systems
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Articulate 360 and Camtasia
