Job Description:
Position: Commercial Lending System Trainer
Location: 3 days on-site in Charlotte, NC or Minneapolis, MN (2 days remote)
Duration: Up to 24 months
Employment Type: Direct on W2, weekly pay cycle, paid for hours worked, benefit options
Max W2 Pay: $50-53/hr
Overview:
Our banking client is seeking a skilled Instructional Design/Training Specialist to lead the training efforts for their Loan Accounting system conversion (AFS to Loan IQ). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design and training facilitation, with experience in system conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and design training content using PowerPoint. Maintain training library on SharePoint.
· Facilitate training sessions for both operations and front/middle office teams.
· Conduct large virtual training sessions, with some in-person training as needed.
· Collaborate with internal Wells Fargo employees to ensure effective training delivery.
· Adapt training materials to meet the needs of different audiences within the organization, depending on how each audience works with the system (front office (sales), mid office, back office (operations)).
Required Qualifications:
· Experience in instructional design and training facilitation.
· Previous experience training for system conversions/migrations/implementations.
· Proficiency in creating training content using PowerPoint.
· Strong communication and presentation skills.
· Experience in the banking/financial industry.

· Experience with commercial lending or loan accounting systems, specifically AFS or LIQ
