The Role
We are seeking a flexible and detail-oriented learning professional who can succeed in both a highly collaborative and independent role. In this position, you will help analyze, design, develop, and deploy online learning and awareness programs across Fidelity Investments. If you are passionate about learning and want to help Fidelity associates comply with various regulatory requirements and policies, this may be the role for you.

The Expertise and Skills you Bring

Required
  • BS/BA degree
  • At least 2-4 years of relevant experience with graphic design, layout design, video production, or developing professional-quality learning materials
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proven track record of learning new software platforms
  • Experience providing exceptional customer service by responding to requests and inquiries in a timely, professional manner
  • Ability to multi-task and balance day-to-day responsibilities with longer term projects
  • Ability to build relationships with senior leaders, managers, subject matter experts, and business partners across the organization

Preferred
  • Experience with educational technology (LMS, LCMS, LXP, or course authoring tools)
  • Familiarity with digital accessibility practices or Universal Design for Learning
  • Knowledge of risk, compliance, audit, legal, or security functions
