The College Fund is looking for a talented Learning Experience Designer who will focus on designing and developing rich, engaging and scalable learning experiences for organization-wide, department-wide, and role-specific learning assets.

What you’ll do:
We are looking for a learning and development leader with a strong builder’s mindset, a tolerance for ambiguity, and a passion for user-centered design principles. We are searching for someone with a background in instructional design and a proven track record of utilizing complex design tolls, using creativity to solve problems and work collaboratively to delivery quality content. This role reports into the People Operations Director and is expected to travel no more than 10% of the time. This is a Hybrid position based in Denver, Colorado.
Your Day to Day
Conduct gap analysis and collaborate to develop clear and measurable objectives and metrics, and tie learning to business outcomes for audiences across our workforce.Consult with stakeholders, subject-matter experts, facilitators, and leadership regarding learning methodology, instructional design principles, and learning data to inform design.Dedicate integrating multiple channels in a fresh and inventive way, including instructor-led, experiential, and self-paced.Design and develop innovative, comprehensive curriculums and certification programs, utilizing advanced design/development techniques, including generative AI, and tools of adult learning theory.Create exercises and activities (audio, video, animations, simulations, presentations, role plays, games etc.) that enhance the learning process.Quickly synthesize and create engaging and effective learning experiences and content based on information from existing internal content, facilitators, subject matter experts, previous training courses, etc.Select the appropriate level of measurement for new programs and design measurement tools (e.g., certification process), and update content as needed.Oversee and manage instructional design projects, ensuring timely completion of tasks, adherence to deadlines, and effective communication with stakeholders.Maintain project documentation, assets, auditing criteria, compliance regulations, and intellectual property guidelines for internal and third-party resources. What You Bring:
4+ years of instructional design experienceAn excellent portfolio showcasing your workStrong experience with conceptualization, design, and production of animation, graphics, video, and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Rise & Storyline, Easygenerator, Adobe Creative Cloud)Experience with incorporating immersive and interactive experiences such as video, simulations, gamification, AR/VR, and in-person facilitation into learning design strategies.A focus on the learner journey and user experience (UX) by integrating accessibility and inclusivity principles.Strong experience with building scenario-based learning experiences and/or simulationsFamiliarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other educational technologies.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for creating impactful learning experiences.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Experience with L&D consulting

What you’ll get: $64,500 - $79,600 in annual salary
