GENERAL OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly skilled Instructional Designer with 5-7 years of proven experience in Learning [SG1] experience design, specializing in Enablement content. The ideal candidate will possess advanced proficiency in Articulate 360, 11Labs, Camtasia, and other eLearning [SG2] authoring tools. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and previous experience in quality assurance (QA) processes within instructional design projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. 
· Develop engaging and effective eLearning content using SCORM authoring, video editing, and AI powered design tools.[SG3] 
· Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), stakeholders, and team members to analyze learning needs and design appropriate instructional strategies.
· Apply instructional design theories, models, and best practices to create interactive and multimedia-rich learning experiences.
· Conduct thorough quality assurance (QA) checks to ensure content accuracy, functionality, and adherence to design standards.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring      deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Continuously assess and improve existing eLearning      materials based on feedback, learner analytics, and industry trends.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior instructional      designers and team members as needed.
  • May perform other additional      duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in instructional      design for Sass or technical systems.[SG1] 
  • Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, JavaScript, HTML,      Camtasia, Vyond, and other relevant eLearning authoring tools.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design      principles, adult learning theory, and learning technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part      of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to      interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on delivering      high-quality, error-free learning solutions.
  • Experience in conducting QA testing and resolving      issues in eLearning content.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications in instructional design, eLearning      development, or related fields (e.g., Certified Instructional Designer,      Certified eLearning Specialist).
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and      SCORM/AICC standards.
  • Familiarity with graphic design principles and      multimedia production[SG2] .
  • Strong understanding of an Enablement approach to improving      the customer experience.
