Description
Nebius Academy is an international online learning platform that helps individuals and teams master AI and cloud technologies. We offer hands-on, industry-relevant training for both B2C and B2B audiences, combining technical expertise with real-world application to deliver impactful, scalable learning experiences.

We're looking for a Launch Project Manager who owns the client launch process end-to-end: from the moment Sales brings in a brief, all the way to pilot launch.

What you will do
  • Own the end-to-end client launch process — from initial brief to pilot launch
  • Review and validate client requirements, ensuring clear scope, objectives, timelines, and constraints
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Content, SMEs, Product, CSM) to deliver high-quality launches
  • Manage multiple parallel projects with different stakeholders and priorities
  • Build and implement launch processes from scratch (SLAs, checklists, templates, tracking systems)
  • Participate in client discovery calls and gather requirements directly
  • Proactively identify risks, escalate blockers, and ensure deadlines are met
  • Drive accountability across teams and keep launches on track

Requirements
  • 2+ years of project management experience in EdTech, digital production, or B2B services with customization
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different stakeholders
  • Strong experience in end-to-end project ownership (from initial brief to delivery/launch)
  • Demonstrated ability to build processes from scratch (SLA, templates, tracking systems)
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Content, and external experts, with strong stakeholder communication
  • Ability to participate in client-facing calls, gather requirements, and align expectations
  • Strong execution skills: deadline management, stakeholder pushing, and blocker escalation
  • Ability to structure ambiguous inputs into clear execution plans and priorities
  • Ability to track project progress and key delivery metrics (timelines, on-time delivery, cost)
  • Experience with project management tools (Notion, Jira or similar)
  • Upper-intermediate English (B2+) or higher

Nice-to-have
  • Familiarity with content workflows or CMS systems
  • Experience in client-facing project roles (not purely internal PM)
  • Background in educational products (courses, LMS, learning programs)
