What you’ll do:

Lead and manage a global team of instructional designers and enablement professionals.
Oversee the design and development of high-quality learning experiences, including eLearning modules using Articulate and other tools.
Establish and maintain standard operating procedures for instructional design and content development.
Create and implement a training design request intake process, training charters, and learner journeys.
Collaborate closely with the Learning Operations team to ensure seamless implementation of training programs.
Drive innovation and creativity in instructional design, ensuring content is engaging, effective, and aligned with business goals.
Ensure the team is highly utilized and recognized across the firm for its excellence and ease of collaboration.
Lead complex instructional design projects within a global, matrixed organization.
Apply the ADDIE model to guide the design and development of learning solutions.
Utilize agile development methodologies to iterate and improve training content.
Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify learning gaps and define objectives.
Leverage video creation tools such as Vyond to produce engaging multimedia learning assets.

What you’ll bring:

8 –12+ years of extensive experience in instructional design, with a strong focus on large, complex organizational environments.
Proven expertise in designing eLearning using Articulate and other authoring tools.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing global teams.
Demonstrated ability to innovate and think creatively in learning design.
Experience developing and implementing learning frameworks, charters, and learner journeys.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with compliance, project management, technical, and leadership training topics.
