Be the Best LMS Administrator You Can Be
If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!
  • Minimum 2 - 5 (5 years preferred) years system administration experience with an LMS
  • BS/BA preferred
  • Experience with formal or informal project management and ability to see project from initiation to execution
  • Knowledgeable in E-learning Software (Articulate, Captivate or equivalent)

Responsibilities:

System Administration & Maintenance: 

• Manage user accounts, roles and permissions within the LMS

• Configure and maintain LMS settings, features and integrations

• Ensure system updates, patches, and upgrades are applied as needed

• Troubleshoot System issues and coordinate with vendors or IT for resolutions

Content Management and Deployment: 

• Upload and maintain e-learning courses, videos, and assessments

• Ensure course content is SCORM/xAPI compliant and functions correctly Organize training materials into structured learning paths or curricula – creating training plans etc. 

• Archive and retire outdated content as needed User Support & Training:

• Develop and maintain user guides, FAQS, and training materials 

• Conduct training sessions for users on how to navigate and use the LMS

• Monitor and respond to LMS-related inquiries and technical issues 

• Provide LMS Support to employees, instructors, and administrators

Reporting & Compliance:

• Generate an analyze LMS reports on user engagement, course completion, and compliance

• Ensure accurate training records for users and regulatory requirements

• Identify trends and gaps in training through data analysis

Process Improvement & Automation:

• Optimize LMS workflows to improve efficiency

• Leverage automation tools to streamline administrative tasks
