Position: Learning Management System and Instructional Design Lead

PCI Government Services is looking for a Learning Management System and Instructional Design Lead for a proposal. This position is pending award, is hybrid, and reports to the Program Manager.
Responsibilities:Responsible for the design, development, and ongoing management of all curriculum content delivered through the Learning Management SystemSelecting and implementing of the LMS platformDeveloping SCORM-compatible modulesManagement of CEU/CME accreditation processes.
Qualifications: Master's degree in instructional design, educational technology, curriculum development, public health, or a closely related field. Relevant certifications, such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or ATD Master Instructional Designer, may be considered in lieu of an advanced degree. Minimum five (5) years of experience designing and developing virtual curriculum and LMS-hosted learning modules for healthcare, public health, or federal program audiences.This position must demonstrate expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design for virtual and asynchronous environments, and health-focused curriculum development. Demonstrated experience with SCORM-compatible LMS platforms and Section 508 accessibility standards. Experience managing CEU/CME accreditation processes for healthcare continuing education is preferred.
