Our client is seeking an Learning Migration Specialist to support the implementation of a new cloud-based learning platform. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on LMS implementation experience, strong training and adoption skills, and the ability to help deliver a smooth and engaging digital learning experience for employees.
Location: Hybrid – Seattle, WA area preferred. Candidates should be able to work onsite in downtown Seattle three days per week. Remote candidates may be considered, with up to 25% travel for key meetings.
Length of Assignment: Approx. 8-months
Compensation Range: $40.00/hr - $55.00/hr per hour

This role will support a large-scale Human Capital Management transformation, with a key focus on implementing and rolling out a new Learning Management System. The LMS Migration Specialist will support system configuration, content migration, training development, and user adoption efforts to help ensure a successful launch and long-term use of the platform.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing LMS platforms, supporting training and onboarding, and partnering with stakeholders across large organizations. Experience with UKG Pro Learning/Schoox is highly desired.
Responsibilities:
- Support the configuration and setup of a new LMS, including course setup, learning paths, certifications, and reporting dashboards
- Perform hands-on content migration and support user provisioning and integrations with other HR tools
- Validate migrated data and content to ensure accuracy, functionality, and compliance requirements are met
- Support quality assurance testing and user acceptance testing for LMS features and integrations
- Partner with organizational change and training teams to create user guides, training materials, and communication plans
- Support onboarding of sites and end users to the new LMS
- Advise local training administrators and provide support to help ensure successful adoption
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and help optimize system performance
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in LMS implementation, preferably with UKG Pro Learning/Schoox
- 3+ years of experience training and onboarding employees on new tools or technologies, preferably an LMS
- Experience supporting large-scale HR technology projects
- Background working with HR systems in organizations with 1,000+ employees
- Strong understanding of learning technologies and processes, including course management, compliance training, certifications, and reporting
- Experience with enterprise data migration
- Strong communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with stakeholders and end users
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools
Highly Desired:
- Hands-on experience with UKG Pro Learning/Schoox LMS
- Experience implementing large-scale HR technology projects
- Experience creating training materials and facilitating training for a new LMS rollout
