Position Overview
The Learning Operations Manager will serve as the backbone of DrFirst's learning ecosystem, ensuring seamless delivery, quality assurance, and continuous improvement of all learning initiatives. This role is critical to scaling our training programs while maintaining excellence in customer education and internal team development.

What you will work on
Quality Assurance & Standards
- Develop and maintain quality standards for all learning content, delivery methods, and customer interactions
- Create and implement systematic review processes for training materials, documentation, and learning experiences
- Establish content governance frameworks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment
- Conduct regular audits of learning programs and implement corrective actions as needed
Process Optimization & Workflow Management
- Design and optimize workflows for content creation, review, approval, and publication processes
- Establish efficient handoff procedures between content creators, reviewers, and delivery teams
- Implement project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery of learning initiatives
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures for all learning operations
Performance Monitoring & Analytics
- Develop KPIs and metrics to measure learning program effectiveness and operational efficiency
- Monitor and report on content performance, utilization rates, and customer satisfaction scores
- Analyze operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve productivity
- Create dashboards and regular reporting mechanisms for stakeholders
Resource Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate resource allocation across learning team members and projects
- Manage learning content calendars and delivery schedules
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between learning, product, support, and implementation teams
Learning Technology Operations
- Collaborate with IT and learning technologists to ensure optimal LMS performance and functionality
- Manage user access, permissions, and technical troubleshooting for learning platforms
- Coordinate system updates, integrations, and new feature implementations
- Ensure data integrity and security compliance across all learning systems
Continuous Improvement
- Gather feedback from internal teams and external customers to identify improvement opportunities
- Lead post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions
- Research and recommend new tools, processes, or methodologies to enhance operations
- Drive adoption of best practices across the learning organization

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Education, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in learning/training environments
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and learning technology platforms
- Strong project management skills with experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile)
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting platforms
- Experience with quality assurance frameworks and content governance
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and training best practices preferred
- Healthcare industry experience preferred but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work without sponsorship
Physical Requirements
- 90% Desk/computer work
- 10% Standing/moving throughout the office or virtual collaboration spaces
- Occasional travel for team meetings or training events (up to 15% annually)
This position offers flexibility for remote work. Candidates must have high-speed internet and a professional home office environment suitable for video conferences and collaborative work sessions.

- Competitive compensation, with a base salary of $80,000 - $90,000 (Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience)
