Position Summary:
The Learning Partner III is a senior individual contributor role on the Brilliant University Team.  You will be responsible for independently leading and consulting on large-scale training programs and initiatives that have a significant impact on organizational growth and business needs. This role focuses on technical and professional learning solutions, requires advanced instructional design, and demonstrated ability to grow talent in a function. The Learning Partner III will also play a key role in mentoring and coaching less experienced team members of the Learning and Development team.

How You’ll Spark Change 
  • Lead the design, development, and execution of high-impact learning programs that drive business results.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in instructional design, program facilitation, and organizational learning.
  • Partner with senior leadership to assess organizational needs and provide learning solutions that enhance performance and productivity.
  • Develop advanced learning curricula, blended learning solutions, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of programs using data and feedback, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Oversee vendor and contract management for external partners, ensuring alignment with program goals, budget compliance, and service-level expectations.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering their growth and development in the Learning and Development field.                       

Why You’ll Shine
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Education, Social Science, or a related field. Will also consider candidates with 10+ years’ experience in Learning and Development.
  • 5+ years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on strategic program design and implementation.
  • Expertise in advanced instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
  • Proven success in leading large-scale learning initiatives and delivering impactful training solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively with senior leaders to align learning programs with business strategies.
  • Strong data analysis skills and the ability to measure learning program effectiveness.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
